In a very unexpected attitude, the Russian President Vladimir Putin was received at Cairo Airport yesterday by the Egyptian Foreign Minister.
Knowing that visit is the first by a Russian or Soviet leader to Egypt for more than 40 years (since May 1964) and recognizing the special rule played by Russia in the Egyptain policy & the whole region, adding to that the friendly relation between both the Egyptian & Russian Presidents would raise many questions regarding that incident.
Rumors are spread out about the Egyptian President's health in the time he's becoming 77 years old.
